Ultra-precise brushless servo motor

Cisco’s high-end TelePresence® systems demand unparalleled control for truly immersive videoconferencing. They required a motor with sub-pixel stability at 8K resolution for their most advanced Cameras. Adigo engineered a BLDC motor tailored for direct pan/tilt control with no gearbox. The motor delivers precise adjustments down to 0.001 degree while carrying the camera and lens assembly. Our cutting-edge design integrates the motor coils into a 16-layer PCB, enhanced with four phase-shifted hall sensors for exceptional accuracy. The initial pilot series of 200 units showcased our capability to meet Cisco’s exacting standards, paving the way for mass production in collaboration with Japanese partners.
